We all fall victim to trial and tribulation in life. Unfortunately, life is a roller coaster for those of us who are bipolar. Just know it doesn’t have to be that way forever. We live in a world where there is a resource on every corner literally. There’s no rhyme no reason why help is not available to anyone who needs it. 24//7! The struggle is out too real reach out and grab someone who can pull you to shore. There are plenty out there who are willing to do so and ask nothing in return.
