Today I am not manic that is. Feeling calm, balanced, and whole. An unusually good day for a very horrific time of year for me(the holidays).

Yes it is also a very rough time for a lot of others out there. I’m not scared to say it sometimes things are just not shiny and happy and it’s OK not to be shiny and happy it’s OK to just be raw and real.

I find a lot of joy each day with my dogs and I run every morning which helps keep my mood simulated naturally, and it also helps immensely with anxiety. We always read these things and hear these things from other people, but one thing I want everyone to understand about me is that when I say it I am of the upmost sincerity. Remember there are ways to enhance yourself when you’re not feeling that internal light. However, slight the task or moment of your time it may not only better your day but your week or even your year.

I encourage anyone out there who is feeling overwhelmed or beaten down to please look to the sky and know that you are loved and accepted and anywhere you look there is hope for you to grab onto.
